Corridor Therapy®
Professional support for children and young people after traumatic experiences in the school environment

Description of the training
A child who has been through traumatic experiences spends most of their day not in a therapist's office but at school. That is where they experience successes and failures, build relationships, go through difficult emotions and look for adults who will help them regain a sense of safety.
The first people who can notice a change in how they function and genuinely influence the healing process are teachers, form tutors, school counsellors and school psychologists.
Corridor support is a way of accompanying a child every day: during break, before a lesson, after a difficult event, in a conversation in the corridor or in the classroom.
These are short, conscious interventions that help the child regain regulation, a sense of safety and agency. The training shows how to use knowledge about trauma in the everyday work of a school and how to create an environment that supports development instead of reinforcing functioning in survival mode.
The programme is based on current knowledge of the neurobiology of trauma, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy and methods that use movement, play and creativity.
Objectives of the training
You will understand how traumatic experiences affect a child's behaviour, emotions and development in the school environment.
You will learn to recognise signs of overload, stress and dysregulation and to distinguish them from behaviour resulting from parenting difficulties.
You will learn simple, effective ways of supporting children in regaining a sense of safety and emotional regulation.
You will find out how to use relationships, movement, play and creativity as tools to support the healing process after trauma.
You will learn to carry out short, everyday interventions that can be used during lessons, breaks or individual conversations with a pupil.
You will gain practical tools for cooperating with parents and building a coherent support system around the child.

Neo Energy Group.
Neo Energy Group, as one of the leading developers and operators of renewable energy sources (RES), is continuously involved in sustainable development activities. The company also takes part in social initiatives that not only promote the well-being of children and young people but also build their psychological resilience – a protective shield and a key element of their health and prosperity. By supporting the ULICA Foundation and its Centre, NEG actively contributes to the development of ecopsychology and Dr Ben Furman's ideas. It also shows that responsible business and sustainable development mean investing not only in technology but also in people – especially the young generation. The innovation that is part of Neo Energy Group's DNA is also visible in the work of the Foundation and the concept it promotes, which uses modern tools to rebuild and strengthen the psychological resilience of the youngest. As a result, children's problems begin to be seen differently. They become processes of learning new skills that help overcome difficulties and initiate the process of desired change. Making these initiatives available to local communities is further proof that Neo Energy Group understands and takes very seriously its social role, which has the power to drive positive change. By supporting the ULICA Foundation, the company joins forces with those working for a better tomorrow, in which every child – regardless of where they live – has the chance to develop healthily in harmony with the world around them
